Program Manager, Microsoft, Redmond WA (2009-2010)
I managed various programs for the Privacy department of Xbox, which increased customer privacy throughout the Xbox systems.

Project Manager/ UX Designer/ Web Developer, Cassidy Haley, Los Angeles CA (2009-present)
I designed and built a multimedia website for recording artist Cassidy Haley, including embedding audio and video, and incorporating an external online store which increased the artist’s visibility on the web.

Project Manager/ UX Designer/ Flash Developer, Pinball Corp, Bellevue WA (2009)
I designed and produced seven advertising campaigns spotlighting online entertainment, all on short deadlines and all producing excellent click-through rates for featured events.

Project Manager/ Flash Developer, Stock & Hill Landscapes, Seattle WA (2009)
I developed the 1.0 version of a dynamic Flash gallery site with custom controls that increased customer satisfaction and final sales.

UX Designer/ Flash Developer, PBJS, Seattle WA (2008-2009)
I designed, documented and tested mobile applications, dynamic blog and wiki sites, and animated banner ads for clients including AT&T, The Seattle Symphony, and Microsoft.

Project Manager/ UX Designer, PIXCLINIC Web Design, Mill Creek WA (2006-2007)
I designed dynamic navigation systems and listing templates to work within eBay and auction management systems. I managed clients and projects, designing unique branding to maximize customer appeal for each market audience.

Project Manager/ UX Designer/ Web Developer, Shepherd’s Counseling Services, Seattle WA (2006)
I designed and developed a dynamic XHTML/CSS/JavaScript educational site that increased visibility and brought a recognized increase in patient intake and community awareness.
